How it works
Firstly congratulations! We are so thrilled that you’re here and we can’t wait to work with you. We begin by getting to know you and we ask for our registration form to be completed, after which we will organise 2 Skype sessions to talk about your ideas and vision board. After the first Skype call, we begin our research, make the initial enquiries and within 10 days we provide you with a bespoke online quote with the suppliers placed within your budget we will then have our second Skype call to go over the details to finalise it. So essentially, within 10 days of our first face-to-face Skype call, you have your supplier's list plan delivered to your email.
We also offer add-on packages such as: helping with organising wedding favours, helping you finalise a timeline for the day, and making a contact list against a realistic timeline for the day.
Our ultimate goal as a virtual wedding planner is to take away the stress of finding the right people to help make your day memorable, and to help you by gently guiding you on where to start when planning for a wedding or event. We know that in today's day and age hiring an event or wedding planner full-time can be very expensive, that’s why we exist to make it affordable, fun, super quick and easy: so we can plan it virtually for you and for those who love to have more control of their day, you can plan your day and use us to partly help you with your celebration, saving you precious time whilst we do all the research for you in the background.
